Location: Office-based, Royston, Hertfordshire. (Hybrid + flexible hours considered)

Salary: £30,000 basic with a very realistic OTE of £36,000 (DOE) + uncapped commission + share options

Start Date: 15th September

Term: Permanent

The role

As our Inside Sales representative (Sales Development Representative); you’ll be following up inbound leads, researching and targeting businesses based on our ideal client profile and engaging on LinkedIn, email and the phone. Campaigns for webinar invitations, event promotion and once qualified, booking in demos for the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up with inbound leads from marketing, events and webinars
  • Research potential businesses, cold call and message prospects via LinkedIn and email
  • Qualify leads and manage them through the early sales pipeline
  • Book meetings & demos for the sales team
  • Use HubSpot to manage your activity and pipeline
  • Help evolve and optimise outreach strategies
  • Learn the product and market to confidently engage prospects
  • Progress to running your own discovery calls and building your own pipeline
  • Attend industry events and networking events
