Role Description

This is a remote contract role for a B2B Lead Generation & Appointment Setter. The role involves identifying and qualifying leads through online research, outbound calls, emails, and social outreach to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective business clients. The B2B Lead Generation & Appointment Setter will schedule and confirm appointments between prospects and the sales or consulting team, ensuring accurate documentation of all interactions in CRM or tracking tools. Day-to-day tasks include following structured outreach scripts, tailoring communication to client needs, handling basic inquiries, and providing clear information about services and value propositions. The role also includes tracking performance metrics, collaborating with internal stakeholders to optimize outreach strategies, and maintaining professional and timely communication with prospects.

  • Candidates should possess strong Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling skills, with the ability to coordinate and confirm meetings efficiently.
  • Candidates should possess effective Lead Generation skills, including prospect research, qualification, and pipeline management.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage B2B prospects in a clear and professional manner.
  • Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, demonstrating responsiveness, empathy, and a client-focused approach.
  • Experience in B2B sales support, telemarketing, or inside sales is preferred.
  • Comfort working with CRM platforms, spreadsheets, and online communication tools is beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and meet outreach and appointment targets.
  • Prior experience in HR, recruitment, or professional services environments is an advantage.
  • Relevant education or training in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
