Are you confident speaking with business customers and skilled at creating new opportunities?
We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our B2B Lead Generation and Appointment Setting team. You’ll represent one of our clients, contact prospective business customers and arrange qualified appointments for the wider sales team.

What you’ll be doing
As Part Of The Team, You Will
- Make outbound calls to prospective business customers on behalf of our client
- Build rapport and identify potential customer requirements
- Generate new business leads and arrange qualified appointments
- Work towards agreed individual and team KPIs
- Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy and compliance
- Record information clearly and accurately
- Represent our client and their brand professionally
- Work closely with your Team Manager and contribute to the wider team’s success

Training and hybrid working
Your initial training and Grad Bay period will take place at our Church Street office in Sheffield city centre.
Once you have successfully completed training and Grad Bay, you may have the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis, combining office and home working.
Hours and location
- Full-time position
- 37.5–40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- Full flexibility required between 8:00am and 8:00pm
- Based at our Church Street office in Sheffield during training and Grad Bay
