The Role
As a B2B Marketing Account Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of B2B clients, ensuring campaigns are delivered effectively, on time, and to the highest standards. This role requires a blend of strong client relationship management skills and a strategic understanding of marketing, PR, communications, and digital campaign delivery. You will work closely with internal specialists and external stakeholders to develop and execute campaigns that drive measurable results for clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience gained within a full-service agency environment and be confident managing multiple accounts while providing strategic guidance and consultancy to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of B2B clients.
- Act as the main day-to-day client contact, providing exceptional account management and service.
- Lead campaign planning, implementation, and delivery across PR, communications, content, and digital marketing channels.
- Develop strategic marketing plans aligned to client objectives and commercial goals.
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed KPIs.
- Produce campaign briefs, timelines, reports, and client presentations.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimisation.
- Manage client expectations and identify opportunities to add value and expand services.
- Support new business initiatives, proposals, and client growth opportunities.
- Maintain a strong understanding of marketing trends, PR developments, and digital marketing best practices.

About You
To be successful in this role, you'll bring a combination of client services expertise and strategic marketing knowledge.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an Account Manager, Client Services Manager, PR Account Manager, or Marketing Account Manager role.
- Previous experience working within a B2B marketing, PR, communications, or full-service agency environment.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing campaigns, including PR, content, communications, digital marketing, and social media.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Commercial awareness and a consultative approach to client management.

- Experience contributing to new business pitches and proposals.
