- Creation & management of a rolling set of 90-day objectives and 30-day sprints for customers aligned to a customer-facing marketing plan. Reported on monthly in Customer Reporting calls, led by the Account Manager.
- Manage the available scope of your customers to ensure the right things are delivered at the right time, by the right people to hit the objectives you have set.
- Develop market knowledge of your customer and the industries they serve to weave into marketing tactics and help ensure we know how to get in front of the right audience.
- Be the voice of your customers internally, ensuring their brand, proposition, tone of voice and personas are reflected in all the work that our specialist team delivers.
- Draw insights out of customer data, paired with a narrative you have crafted that delivers the learnings gathered from our previous activity, the outcomes our previous activity delivered and how that will influence what we do next.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
