About the Role

We are seeking an energetic, strategically minded Marketing Business Partner (Manager / Senior Manager grade) to drive OSL’s brand awareness, PR presence, and content-led pipeline expansion across international and developed markets (Europe, North America, and key global hubs). Operating as OSL’s primary content storyteller and brand catalyst internationally, you will translate complex PayFi and cross-border payment innovations into high-impact market messaging.

In this role, you will lead our English-first content strategy, direct international PR agency partners, and leverage high-profile media collaborations to build enterprise domain authority. While your core focus is high-impact written content, PR, and brand messaging, you will also support field marketing initiatives and offline event execution—including owned flagship events at major global gatherings.

Currently structured as a hands-on Individual Contributor role, this position offers immediate strategic ownership with long-term growth potential. As our international operations expand, the role is positioned to evolve to include people management responsibilities and driving cross-functional output through central shared service centers and matrixed contributors.

Key Responsibilities

  • International Content Strategy & Execution: Plan, write, and publish high-caliber English B2B content—including whitepapers, deep-dive articles, enterprise case studies, and executive thought leadership—tailored to international corporate decision-makers and financial institutions.
  • PR Agency & Tier-1 Media Management: Manage external international PR agencies across target regions to amplify brand reach cost-effectively. Drive tier-1 media placements, executive interview opportunities (e.g., CNBC), and strategic content distribution via partners like The Block.
  • Executive Presence & Conference Strategy: Coordinate high-impact speaking slots and panel opportunities for OSL leadership at major global summits to establish the firm as a premier PayFi and regulated digital asset partner.
  • Pipeline Foundation & Budget Scaling: Establish the client pipeline and content foundation in Q4 to prepare for strategic budget scaling and campaign deployment in Q1. Ensure content and PR directly feed top-of-funnel enterprise lead generation.
  • Field Marketing & Flagship Event Support: Provide field marketing support for global roadshows, webinars, and partner salons. Co-lead the planning and execution of OSL’s owned flagship side-event during Hong Kong Fintech Week next year.
  • Ecosystem Partnerships & Co-Marketing: Collaborate with key industry platforms, media channels, and ecosystem partners to negotiate co-marketing initiatives, build platform-level endorsements, and expand brand authority.
  • Competitive Benchmarking & Positioning: Continuously benchmark OSL’s value proposition against traditional and emerging international payment and crypto infrastructure providers to refine brand narrative and positioning.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About OSL

OSL is the first SFC-licensed digital asset platform in Hong Kong and a PayFi innovator. Through stablecoin payments, cross-border settlement and global licensing, we are building the next-generation payments network. Stablecoins have become everyday money across emerging markets and are widely viewed as blockchain’s “killer app,” with industry focus shifting from token issuance to real-world consumer and enterprise payment adoption. The strongest growth lies in cross-border B2B payments, where providers embedding stablecoins into corporate settlement flows can capture significant volume and float. Long-term defensibility comes from regulatory licences, banking partners and cross-border corridors.

OSL holds or has acquired licences in Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, Bermuda and Indonesia, and is expanding into Europe, Brazil, Southeast Asia and Africa through acquisitions and licence applications. With OSL Pay and StableX, we embed stablecoin settlement into bank accounts and card networks, support 150+ digital assets, and provide 24/7 fiat–stablecoin conversion. As a regulated pioneer with a startup mindset, we believe the future of payments will be driven by real adoption and scalable deployment, not technology narratives. We welcome builders who are passionate about crypto and payments to join us in shaping compliant, global payment infrastructure.
