Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator with a passion for design and content writing to join our team and drive our global marketing efforts. This role offers the opportunity to lead global tech campaigns and collaborate daily with leading brands, including Google. You will be responsible for a wide range of marketing activities and must be able to work flexible hours to align with our Sydney-based team.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Work closely with the sales team to define strategies and plan the execution of marketing campaigns
- Lead Management: Manage leads and opportunities, ensuring they are accurately logged in the CRM and Google’s Partner Advantage Portal
- Email Automation: Manage email automation campaigns in Pardot, including setting up automation flows and reviewing lead data
- Event Management: Organise events by designing flyers, posting on social media, setting up webinar software, defining invite lists with sales, and managing follow-up nurture campaigns
- Content Creation: Collaborate with tech and sales teams to write blogs and webpages, conduct research for statistics, and repurpose industry content
- Website Maintenance: Post new content, review the site for errors, and constantly look at ways to improve

Required Skills & Qualifications

- +2 years of experience in a similar B2B or services organisation role
- Experience with Mailchimp or similar marketing automation tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide recommendations and challenge initiatives when necessary
- Excellent blogging and copywriting skills
- A Degree in Marketing
- Exceptional spoken and written English
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of SEO, AI and Digital Marketing
- Design skills and proficiency in Photoshop or Canva
- Previous experience working directly with sales teams
- High-level knowledge of technology
