Role Description
The B2B Marketing Digital Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Guildford. The person in this role supports digital marketing and sales initiatives, including coordinating campaigns, preparing marketing materials for pricing and SAP-related solutions, and assisting with lead generation activities. Daily tasks include conducting market and competitor research, maintaining and updating digital content across channels, and tracking campaign performance metrics. The role involves collaborating closely with sales and customer success teams to ensure consistent messaging, support outreach, and respond to basic customer inquiries. This position offers the opportunity to learn B2B software marketing in a specialized pricing technology environment and contribute to the growth of SPOSEA’s global customer base.

- Strong Communication skills for clear written and verbal interaction with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to conduct Market Research to gather insights on competitors, customer needs, and industry trends.
- Customer Service skills to handle inquiries professionally and support a positive client experience.
- Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to assist with lead generation, campaign execution, and follow-up activities.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., email marketing, social media, CRM systems).
- Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English and comfort working in an international, technology-driven business context.
- Relevant education in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
