B2B Marketing & Events Manager
£35,000-£40,000 + Bonus | Farringdon, London (4 days in the office / Fridays from home)
Want the opportunity to own the marketing function for a growing international media and events business and influence outcomes?
Our client is an ambitious B2B media, events and professional services organisation with a global audience and an exciting growth trajectory.
With over 10 years in market, they're looking for a commercially minded marketing professional to take ownership of their marketing activity and help drive their next phase of growth.
This is a broad, hands-on role where you'll shape campaigns, build audiences, support live events and work directly with senior leadership to influence the direction of the business.
Why this role?
This isn't a business where your ideas disappear into layers of approval.
You'll work directly with the leadership team, taking ownership of marketing strategy, campaign delivery and brand development from day one. If you enjoy variety, autonomy and making a visible impact, this is a rare opportunity to build something.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
