Salary: £25,000–£30,000, subject to skills and experience
Home-based, with regular travel to the North East of England
Full-time, permanent.
25 days annual leave, excluding bank holidays.
5% pension contribution in addition to salary.

We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to join our small, collaborative marketing team at an exciting point in our development. In the second half of 2026, we will launch a refreshed brand, creating a strong opportunity for someone who wants to contribute ideas, build campaigns and make a visible impact.
We work across education, employment services and workforce development, supporting organisations through CPD, software, resources, consultancy and research.

Our Mesma software platform helps organisations strengthen quality assurance and continuous improvement, combining responsible AI technology with expert human support.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys varied marketing work, from campaign planning and content creation to email marketing, social media, website updates, events support and performance analysis. You’ll work across the group, with a particular focus on helping us grow awareness and engagement for Mesma.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Creating clear, engaging communications for customers, prospects and stakeholders.
- Using channels including the website, email, social media and print to reach the right audiences.
- Monitoring campaign performance and using insight to improve future activity.
- Helping maintain brand consistency across marketing materials and customer communications.
- Staying close to market trends, customer needs and competitor activity.
