The Opportunity

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven B2B Marketing Lead to join Airtime and take ownership of our business-facing marketing strategy. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in refining our market position, elevating our brand presence, and driving commercial growth. You will own campaigns end-to-end, from messaging and content creation to event execution and go-to-market launches, working closely with leadership and sales to position Airtime as a market leader in the performance marketing space.

Who You Are

The ideal candidate is a strategic yet hands-on marketer with a strong B2B toolkit and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. You bring exceptional communication skills, a creative approach to content, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and take pride in owning channels and delivering high-impact collateral.

Key Responsibilities

  • Positioning & Messaging: Work directly with leadership to define, evolve, and execute Airtime’s overarching B2B positioning to retail industry.
  • Content & Communication Strategy: Build and implement a comprehensive B2B communication and content strategy aligned with our core positioning.
  • Social Media Ownership: Take full ownership of Airtime’s LinkedIn channel, driving brand presence, engagement, and B2B audience growth.
  • Sales Collateral & Case Studies: Lead the creation of compelling B2B materials, including sales decks, pitch materials, and impactful customer case studies.
  • Events & Conferences: Partner with the sales team to shape our events strategy, driving end-to-end planning, execution, and support for conference attendance and industry events.
  • Go-To-Market (GTM): Develop and execute GTM campaigns for key new B2B initiatives, products, and features (such as ACE).
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner closely with Sales and Leadership to ensure marketing efforts directly support pipeline generation and business development goals.
  • Partner communications: Own communications to clients and prospects across all touch points including - newsletter, social media, QBRs, events.

Essential Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a dedicated B2B marketing role (Fintech, tech, or MarTech, experience is a plus).
  • Content & Copywriting: Outstanding written communication skills with a proven track record in content creation, storytelling, and developing sales assets.
  • Channel Management: Hands-on experience owning professional social channels (LinkedIn) and driving organic B2B engagement.
  • Event Management: Demonstrated experience planning, executing, and supporting events and industry conferences.
  • Project Ownership: Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage campaigns from initial planning through to delivery.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Experience working cross-functionally with senior leadership and commercial sales teams.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience delivering GTM strategies for new product launches or B2B initiatives.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement tools, design software (e.g., Hubspot, Figma), or presentation platforms.
  • AI proficient - use tools such as Gemini to multiply your output and effectiveness.
  • Prior experience in Fintech, payments, performance marketing, or open banking spaces.
