Are you ready to take the next step in your marketing career?

ASUS is looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Marketing Lead to drive the growth of our Commercial and B2B product portfolio across the UK.

This role is ideal for an experienced marketing professional looking to move into a broader leadership position with ownership of product launches, go-to-market strategy, partner marketing, events, and commercial campaigns.

Working alongside Product Managers, Sales teams, Marketing Specialists, and global ASUS teams, you will play a key role in bringing innovative technologies to market and supporting the continued growth of ASUS Business solutions.

The Opportunity:

As the B2B Marketing Lead, you will own category strategy, product go-to-market planning, commercial campaigns, partner activations, and industry events across ASUS Business product categories. You will be responsible for helping shape how ASUS solutions are positioned within the UK market, driving awareness, demand generation, partner engagement, and category growth. This is a highly visible role offering significant ownership and development opportunities for someone looking to progress into a senior marketing leadership position within the technology sector. Based in the Hemel Hempstead office, you will be well versed across traditional and digital marketing channels, working alongside a team of marketing specialists, the commercial sales team and sales manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Category Strategy & Go-To-Market:

  • Own marketing strategy across assigned B2B categories.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans aligned to product priorities, market opportunities, and commercial objectives.
  • Translate product roadmaps into actionable marketing programmes that drive awareness and demand.

Product Launches & Commercial Campaigns

  • Lead the planning and execution of product launches across all assigned categories.
  • Develop campaign briefs and coordinate delivery across Digital, PR, Social, Channel, and Agency partners.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and against defined KPIs.

Events & Partner Activation

  • Own ASUS participation at commercial trade events, exhibitions, customer workshops, and partner activations.
  • Work with distributors, resellers, and ecosystem partners to create impactful engagement opportunities.
  • Ensure effective planning and execution before, during, and after every event.

Vendor & Ecosystem Marketing

  • Manage relationships with strategic vendors including Intel, AMD, NVIDIA, and other ecosystem partners.
  • Plan and manage co-funded marketing programmes.
  • Ensure effective utilisation of vendor funding with clear ROI measurement and reporting.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Provide direction across Digital, PR, Social Media, Content, and Channel Marketing functions.
  • Work closely with Product Managers and Account Managers to align category priorities and campaign activity.
  • Collaborate with HQ and EMEA teams to leverage global campaigns, assets, and messaging.

Performance & Reporting

  • Define KPIs and success metrics across all activity.
  • Deliver OKR and QBR reporting with clear recommendations and insights.
  • Manage budgets responsibly and ensure all activity demonstrates measurable business value.

What We're Looking For

Experience

  • 5+ years' experience in B2B, Commercial, Technology, Channel, or Product Marketing.
  • Experience managing product launches, campaigns, events, or partner marketing initiatives.
  • Experience working with agencies and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Budget management experience preferred.

Skills

  • Strong project and campaign management capability.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Knowledge

  • Interest in technology and PC hardware.
  • Understanding of B2B marketing and demand generation principles.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Understanding of channel and partner marketing environments is advantageous.
