Key Responsibilities
- Strategize and execute B2B marketing campaigns to establish Innovify’s brand positioning and generate MQLs.
- Define our core ICPs and continuously refine as per market signals and sales progress.
- Continuously monitor our target ICP, partners, competitors, and market trends to ensure market relevancy.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align messaging and support account-based marketing efforts.
- Define and execute various marketing campaigns, including partner marketing, to attract our target ICP to our online profiles and offline events.
- Produce marketing collateral with a focus on clearly communicating product value and driving engagement with target audiences.
- Manage digital marketing activities on our primary channels including LinkedIn, email, SEO/SEM, SubStack, Medium, Reddit, and other platforms.
- Must be able to define and execute A/B tests to optimize campaigns, landing pages, and website conversion rates.
- Create and manage content for business audiences (case studies, newsletters, presentations).
- Organize our offline meetup events, and execute pre and post event marketing activities. We use Luma for this.
- Organize our podcast/webinars and execute pre and post event marketing activities. We use Riverside, LinkedIn Live, Spotify, and YouTube for this.
- Maintain an up-to-date marketing calendar with own and other industry events.
- Grow and nurture our Futureready community to attract our ICPs, partners, and influencers to drive engagement, collaboration, and advocacy.
- Track campaign performance and report on metrics like ROI, CAC, CPC, ROAS, etc.
- Be smart to automate most of the above using Claude or n8n agents.

- Graduate/MBA in Marketing or related field.
- B2B marketing experience selling technology services to mid to large enterprises.
- Deep understanding of the latest fintech, e-commerce, and AI trends.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and lead generation platforms.
- Must be hands-on building autonomous agents using AI platforms like Claude, n8n, or similar.
- Must be an expert at using tools like UberSuggest, Google Analytics, MS Clarity, WebFlow, Brevo, Luma, Riverside, Canva, Reddit, and other tools.
- Skilled in technical SEO using GA4 and Microsoft Clarity to analyze performance, identify issues, and optimize user behavior for better organic search results.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to create data-backed performance reports and translate insights into actionable strategies.
