About Excite OOH
Excite OOH is one of the UK’s fastest-growing out-of-home specialists, recognised on the FEBE Growth 100 Watch List and named one of Prolific North’s Top 50 Integrated Agencies.
We help brands stand out in the real world through bold, high-impact billboard, transport and large-format advertising campaigns across the UK and internationally.
As the agency continues to scale, we’re looking for a B2B Marketing Manager to take ownership of our marketing activity and help build the Excite brand, generate new opportunities and support the next phase of our growth.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of day-to-day marketing across Excite OOH, working directly with the leadership team to turn our growth ambitions into consistent, high-quality marketing activity.
The role spans digital marketing, content, events, PR, email, sales collateral and brand, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys variety and wants the opportunity to make a visible impact.
This isn’t a role where you’ll be handed a rigid marketing calendar to execute. You’ll have the opportunity to bring ideas, shape our approach and gradually take greater ownership of the overall marketing strategy as the business grows.
What you’ll be doing
- Owning and developing the Excite OOH marketing plan
- Managing website content and identifying opportunities to improve conversion
- Supporting and coordinating SEO, PPC and other digital marketing activity
- Planning and delivering email marketing and lead generation campaigns
- Developing content for LinkedIn, our website and other channels
- Creating case studies, agency credentials, pitch materials and sales collateral
- Coordinating designers, videographers, freelancers and specialist partners where required
- Supporting PR activity and identifying opportunities to increase Excite’s industry profile
- Managing award submissions and industry recognition opportunities
- Helping plan and deliver our presence at events such as MAD//Fest
- Working closely with the sales and client teams to turn our best work into compelling marketing
- Tracking marketing performance and helping us understand what is driving enquiries, pipeline and growth

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
