B2B MARKETING MANAGER
Full-time | Based in Edinburgh (Head Office)
We’re expanding our Marketing team and are seeking an experienced B2B Marketing Manager. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you’ll be ready to roll your sleeves up to help take the Origin brand to the next level.
What you'll be doing
- Designing a data-led, agile and experimental methodology to maximise the quality and quantity of leads generated
- Leading and coordinating internal and agency teams across SEO, PPC and paid social to maximise investment efficiency
- Building and optimising webpages, CRM flows and emails for key B2B customer journeys
- Developing and executing a B2B content strategy to build Origin Fitness's visibility with commercial gym buyers
- Supporting the Sales team with assets and insight that help strengthen existing relationship and build new ones
- Tracking and reporting on pipeline volume, cost per lead and conversion rates
What you'll need to succeed
- 5+ years experience running B2B paid search and paid social campaigns, with demonstrable impact on pipeline
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and lead nurturing flows
- Comfort working with data. You'll need to interpret performance and make fast decisions based on it
- Ability to write clear, compelling copy for ads, landing pages and emails
- Experience understanding and working closely with multiple teams across the business to help deliver their goals
- A willingness to get stuck in. This is a role for someone who wants to make a real marketing and commercial impact. We’re a small team with BIG ambitions.
- An interest in fitness and the gym (although you might not yet know your pin-loaded from your plate-loaded)

- You have experience in a commercial fitness, sport or active lifestyle business
- You've worked in a scaling business where you've had to build and improve processes as you went (AKA building the plane as you fly it)
- You have experience with LinkedIn campaign management

We’ll be pivotal in helping double the size of the business in the next 5 years, building brand awareness and salience amongst both B2B and B2C customers.
