Position Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced B2B Marketing Manager to join our European Marketing and Communications team on a 1 year maternity cover contract. Our ideal candidate will have experience developing and delivering strategic marketing initiatives and campaigns that build and maintain a strong corporate brand across multiple markets and engage a range of audiences, including customers, industry stakeholders, partners and communities.

The successful candidate will report to the Marketing and Communications Director, Europe, working closely with key internal stakeholders and our network of partner agencies. This is a hands-on role with responsibility for end-to-end campaign delivery, content, digital marketing and project management. It is also a valuable opportunity to improve the marketing team's processes and introduce appropriate AI-enabled tools.

Key Responsibilities

Whilst based at our London HQ, this is a pan-European role supporting activity across the UK, Ireland, Germany, France, Spain, the Netherlands and Italy.

  • Campaign delivery and project management: Develop and deliver strategic marketing campaigns and projects from brief and planning through production, launch and review. Translate business objectives into clear workback plans, define the relevant audiences and messaging, manage timelines, budgets, dependencies, approvals and contributors, and use results and lessons learned to improve future activity.
  • Brand and content production: Maintain a consistent and coherent corporate brand across all touchpoints. Translate complex technical documents and input from subject-matter experts into clear marketing content, and work with internal teams to produce reports, case studies, presentations, video, web and social content. Project manage photography, creative briefs, agencies and the visual asset library.
  • Digital marketing and website: Plan and deliver the digital elements of campaigns across email, social media and SEO. Own and coordinate updates to the European website through the content management system, ensuring pages are accurate, current, on-brand and aligned with campaign and business priorities. Use analytics to improve content and the website experience.
  • Marketing operations tools and AI: Use project management tools to provide a clear view of priorities, responsibilities, progress and capacity. Improve briefs, workflows, approvals, asset management and reporting, and implement appropriate AI tools that reduce manual work, supported by clear quality checks and responsible-use practices.
  • Stakeholder agency and performance management: Work across functions and markets to align stakeholders and agency partners, maintain clear decisions and approvals, and keep delivery moving. Monitor and analyse marketing activity, provide clear reporting and recommendations, and adapt execution for different European markets and audiences.
  • Event marketing support: Partner with the events lead to connect priority events with wider marketing activity, including audience planning, messaging, content, promotion, audience engagement and post-event follow up.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
