B2B Marketing Manager
Exclusive opportunity to join a leading UK telecoms business as it continues to grow its B2B offering across connectivity, communications and managed services.
The B2B Marketing Manager will lead the development and delivery of integrated marketing activity, generating qualified demand, strengthening brand awareness and supporting sustainable revenue growth. Working closely with Sales, Commercial and Proposition teams, the role will combine demand generation, ABM, proposition marketing, thought leadership and sales enablement.
Hybrid working – 3 days in Oxfordshire office, 2 from home
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver the B2B marketing strategy aligned to commercial objectives, revenue targets and growth priorities.
- Lead integrated demand generation campaigns across digital, content, events, webinars, direct marketing, partnerships and ABM.
- Build targeted account and sector campaigns to generate qualified opportunities and support priority customer acquisition.
- Partner with Commercial and Proposition teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new products, services and solutions.
- Create compelling proposition messaging, customer value propositions and campaign materials that clearly communicate competitive differentiation.
- Develop sales enablement materials including presentations, case studies, proposition guides, sales playbooks and competitive content.
- Work closely with Sales to improve lead qualification, pipeline development and conversion of marketing-generated opportunities.
- Develop thought leadership and content programmes that strengthen market credibility and position the business as a trusted connectivity and technology partner.
- Use customer insight, market intelligence and commercial data to improve campaign targeting, personalisation and effectiveness.
- Embed a test-and-learn approach across campaigns, messaging and customer journeys, using performance data to continually improve marketing ROI.
- Track performance against key measures including qualified pipeline, lead conversion, campaign ROI, customer acquisition and lifetime value.

Skills & Experience
- Strong B2B marketing experience, ideally gained within telecoms, technology, connectivity, managed services or a related B2B environment.
- Proven experience delivering demand generation campaigns that create measurable pipeline and commercial results.
- Strong understanding of account-based marketing, proposition marketing, content marketing and sales enablement.
- Experience developing and launching B2B propositions and go-to-market campaigns.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to translate customer and market insight into effective marketing activity.
- Strong content and messaging capability, with experience developing thought leadership, customer case studies and sales collateral.
- Knowledge of CRM, marketing automation, digital marketing and campaign analytics.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to operate effectively across a commercially focused organisation.
