About eMed
eMed is a digital health company focused on GLP 1 weight management and chronic care, operating in the UK and US and expanding globally. Alongside its core platform, eMed supports the SheMed and HeMed sub brands. The UK business is scaling its B2B channel, partnering with employers, brokers, and insurers to bring GLP 1 and chronic care programmes to their populations.
Role Overview
We're looking for a mid-level marketing generalist to own the day-to-day execution of B2B marketing in the UK. You'll sit inside a US-led marketing function but be the dedicated voice and hands-on operator for the UK market, translating global brand and campaign strategy into UK-relevant, UK-compliant marketing that supports employer, broker, and insurer partnerships.
This is a hybrid strategic and executional role. You'll help shape UK B2B messaging and collateral, but you'll also be the one building the decks, running the campaigns, and keeping partner-facing materials sharp.
This role reports to the US Head of Marketing, with close day-to-day collaboration with the UK commercial team (Managing Director, commercial leads) on priorities and content needs specific to the UK market.
Please note: This is an office-based role, Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm. We are based in Euston, London.
What You’ll Work On
- B2B Campaign Execution: Plan and run marketing campaigns targeting UK employers, brokers (e.g., Aon UK), and insurer partners, from concept through to delivery.
- Sales and Partner Enablement: Produce pitch decks, one-pagers, ROI and case study materials, and partner-facing collateral to support commercial conversations (e.g., employer GLP 1 propositions, broker pitches). Includes template adaptation from materials developed in partnership with global design resources.
- Content and Messaging: Adapt global brand messaging for the UK market, ensuring alignment with UK health advertising rules (ABPI Code, MHRA restrictions on prescription-only medicine advertising to the public).
- LinkedIn Content Development: Adaptation from US assets & posting to UK handle.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with UK commercial, clinical, and legal teams to get marketing content reviewed and cleared; work with the US marketing team to stay aligned on brand, tone, and global campaign calendars.
- Events and Field Marketing: Support UK conference presence, webinars, and broker and employer events.
- Reporting: Track UK B2B marketing performance (pipeline influence, asset engagement, event lead gen, etc.) and report into the US marketing function. Does not include paid campaign reporting.
- Market Intelligence: Stay close to UK competitor activity and market dynamics to keep messaging differentiated.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
