A key focus for our next phase of growth is Bright Apply, a contextual conversation screening and interview tool for volume hiring. The tool eases the burden that recruitment teams are feeling with the increased volume of applications, while also providing a positive candidate experience. Built in-house by our team of software developers, Bright Apply is changing the face of volume hiring. With better use of recruiter time throughout recruitment processes and the best suited candidates securing the right roles, both sides of the market are benefiting.
As we continue our work to retain our number one market position, while also driving through another period of growth, our B2B Marketing team are on the lookout for a B2B Marketing Manager to join the team.
The Role:
As our B2B Marketing Manager, you’ll have a pivotal role in the growth of our B2B marketing through the delivery of end-to-end campaigns across events, content and digital, as well as further developing our brand and market presence. You’ll work collaboratively with our Head of B2B Marketing, Chief Marketing Officer, Product, Tech and Commercial teams, to deliver data-led campaigns that drive demand and grow our pipeline, as well as engaging our 300+ existing clients.
Alongside this, you will be joining an exceptional collaborative atmosphere between sales, marketing and other teams where everyone is focused on adding value. Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute and manage lead generation marketing campaigns across multiple channels including paid LinkedIn, email, website etc.
- Use analytic tools and reports to measure the performance of campaigns, identify areas for improvement and inform future plans
- Take ownership of the concept creation and promotion of webinars and in-person events which go beyond brand awareness and impact pipeline
- Work closely with the Product team to ensure up-to-date and consistent product messaging across campaigns and Commercial team sales conversations
- Work closely with the Commercial team with key initiatives, rapidly translating commercial insights into marketing campaigns and continuing our tight revenue-focused alignment.
- Manage our pool of agencies and freelancers end to end, from writing briefs and setting KPIs through to reviewing performance and managing budgets, so we get measurable commercial return from the investment
- Manage our presence at third party conferences and events
Does this sound like you?
- In-depth demand/lead generation SaaS B2B marketing experience in a role that sees you collaborate closely with Product, Tech and Commercial teams
- A data & revenue focused approach - with a track record achieving revenue-linked metrics in a scale-up environment
- You have taken the lead on end-to-end campaign management, with experience in using CRM systems and email marketing platforms, ideally including knowledge of Hubspot, but we are open to knowledge of other systems.
- You've been part of a team that's taken a new product to market and delivered marketing activity to support this - developing an understanding of the challenges to be expected from this process
- You have creative vision to brief designers & freelancers to create assets and content to be used in lead gen campaigns
- Experience in event management

Key Details:
- Salary: £50-60,000 per annum
- Start Date: ASAP
- Location: London, King's Cross with hybrid working (minimum 2 days per week in office)
