Our client works across literature, partnering with organisations worldwide to deliver creative and commercial projects.

The Role

As a B2B Marketing & Publicity Executive, you will produce clear, brand-aligned materials, manage approvals for partner assets, and support international business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create B2B materials including sales decks, partner presentations and marketing toolkits, ensuring strong brand alignment.
  • Coordinate publicity and marketing approvals by reviewing partner materials, consolidating internal feedback.
  • Provide campaign and brand support by equipping partners, licensees and publishers with materials and guidance that strengthen campaigns.
  • Manage digital and campaign assets including domain registrations, asset coordination and organised storage of partner materials for internal teams.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment between marketing, digital, brand heritage and business development when delivering materials and approvals.
  • Monitor publicity sentiment by keeping records of journalist coverage, influencer engagement and overall sentiment.

The Person

You bring a structured, proactive approach to managing projects and communicating across teams. Confidence producing presentations and B2B materials in PowerPoint and Canva is essential, as is experience in marketing, publicity or communications, ideally within a brand, creative or agency environment.

Managing digital assets and coordinating with stakeholders is central to the role, and accuracy is key when reviewing content and materials. Familiarity with approval processes and sectors such as publishing, media, licensing or entertainment is valuable. An solid understanding of digital marketing or campaign delivery, together with experience registering or managing domains, would be advantageous.
