Salt are partnering with a global B2B marketing agency and are looking for a B2B Media Planning Director to join on a contract basis.
Location: London (2 days onsite, 3 days remote)
Day Rate: £350 per day
Duration: 6 month contract
Start Date: ASAP
About the Role
This is a senior media leadership role responsible for developing and delivering strategic B2B media plans across a portfolio of international clients. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to align media activity with commercial objectives, drive campaign performance, and identify opportunities for account growth.

The role combines strategic planning, client leadership, team management, and innovation, with a particular focus on leveraging AI and emerging technologies to enhance campaign delivery and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in B2B media planning and strategy within an agency, media, or marketing environment
- Proven track record managing senior client relationships and leading multiple accounts simultaneously
- Strong understanding of digital media channels, measurement frameworks, campaign optimisation, and reporting
- Commercially focused with experience driving account growth and identifying new opportunities
- Experience leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams
- Ability to translate business objectives into effective, measurable media strategies
- Knowledge of AI tools and emerging technologies within media planning and marketing
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
