B2B Meta Ads Creative Producer (Contract)
This role offers the opportunity to create and optimize paid social advertising for established DTC e-commerce brands using real account data and performance insights. You will own both ideation and production, developing creative concepts designed to capture attention and drive measurable business results. Working closely with a paid media team, you will see how your ads perform within days and use those results to guide future creative decisions. The role covers static ads, carousels, and short-form video built from existing footage, stock assets, screenshots, motion graphics, and text. You will continuously explore new hooks, formats, angles, and platform-native trends to keep creative testing diverse and effective. This is a fully remote contract role offering schedule autonomy and up to 10 hours of work per week.
Accountabilities
- Review paid advertising account performance and use creative data and insights to develop new ad concepts.
- Produce 4–10 new Meta ads each week across static, carousel, and short-form video formats.
- Build creative using existing b-roll, stock footage, client content, screenshots, motion graphics, and text overlays without requiring on-site production.
- Maintain a diverse creative mix across concepts, angles, formats, personas, and messaging.
- Monitor emerging hooks, trends, formats, sounds, and platform-native creative styles across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Iterate on high-performing creative while analyzing underperforming ads to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Use hook rates, click-through rates, conversions, and other performance data to inform future creative decisions.
- Proactively pitch new creative ideas and concepts to the team.
- Collaborate closely with paid media and marketing stakeholders to align creative production with campaign objectives.
- Maintain a high standard of quality and attention to detail while consistently delivering creative at speed.

Requirements
- Portfolio demonstrating experience producing paid social advertising, including static ads, carousels, and short-form video.
- At least one or more case studies showing the brief, creative concept, execution, and measurable performance results.
- Strong understanding of creative diversification and the difference between genuinely new concepts and minor variations.
- Strong awareness of social media trends, hooks, formats, sounds, and styles across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Strong editing skills with tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or Figma.
- Ability to produce creative efficiently without sacrificing quality or attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret advertising performance data and translate insights into new creative ideas.
- Strong written and verbal English, particularly for developing effective text overlays and ad messaging.
- Low-ego, collaborative approach with a willingness to share ideas, receive feedback, and continuously improve.
- Strong ownership and initiative, with a genuine interest in creating advertising that delivers measurable performance rather than simply looking visually appealing.
