B2B Performance Manager

Are you a dedicated performance marketer with 3–5 years of agency-side experience, strong multi-channel expertise across LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok and Reddit, and a proven track record of driving tangible pipeline and revenue outcomes for B2B brands?

Do you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy leading by example, and feel confident working autonomously while collaborating closely with a high-performing team? Does the opportunity to directly grow demand and pipeline for some of the world's leading B2B brands excite you?

This is an opportunity to join a close, fast-growing and multi-award-entry team as a B2B Performance Manager on a Freelance Contract (3 days per week). You'll play a key role in delivering operational and strategic excellence, working within a highly organised, process-driven environment that values precision, accountability and performance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Our clients range from SMEs and scale-ups through to high-growth and enterprise B2B brands across sectors including SaaS, professional services and technology.

You will take full ownership of your client accounts, driving performance across LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok and Reddit. Working closely with the Director of Media, you'll support the optimisation of processes, tools and policies - helping to improve how we plan, activate, measure and scale paid media activity across the B2B funnel, from awareness through to MQL and pipeline generation.

We are growing quickly, so confidence in stepping in, assessing performance, identifying opportunities and executing with minimal supervision is essential. You should have a strong grasp of platform mechanics, auction dynamics, B2B funnel behaviour, account-based and audience segmentation, lead quality vs. lead volume trade-offs, and the cause-and-effect relationships that drive performance across digital channels - including how paid media supports longer, multi-touch B2B sales cycles.
