About Reap
Reap is a global financial technology company headquartered in Hong Kong with employees across multiple countries. We enable financial connectivity and access for businesses worldwide by combining traditional finance with stablecoins for efficient money movement.
Through our stablecoin-powered corporate cards, payments, and expense management tools, we streamline financial operations and help businesses scale. Our APIs enable businesses to integrate stablecoin-enabled finance into their own products and services—from issuing Visa cards to facilitating cross-border payments.
Backed by leading investors including Acorn Pacific, Index Ventures and HashKey Capital, Reap is building the future of borderless, stablecoin-enabled finance.
Why Reap?
This is a pure performance seat. You'll own a paid budget that scales into six figures monthly at ramp, released in monthly tranches against hard cost-per-lead gates: hit your numbers and the next tranche unlocks and grows; miss them and spend holds while we fix it together. Two motions: high-volume self-serve signups for our corporate card product (fast feedback loops, days to signal) and named-account campaigns for our embedded-finance platform (longer cycles, pipeline-measured). Every dollar is tied to a lead-and-gross-profit forecast. Leadership here funds what performs — the ceiling on your budget is your own ROAS.
A working foundation is already live — first-party tracking, bot filtering, cleaned funnels, agencies mid-flight, playbooks from one of the industry's best-performing B2B teams — and a leadership team that has pre-approved scaling budgets wherever ROAS is positive. You'll turn that into the in-house engine behind one of the fastest-growing card platforms in the world, with your results visible in company gross profit, reviewed weekly, in public.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
Graduate Consultant — 2026 Scheme
Why you're a good match
StrongYour economics background and your summer at a regional bank line up with what PwC looks for on the consulting scheme. Applications close in four weeks.
See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
What this role is NOT
- Not a generalist marketing role. No brand strategy, no content calendars, no social media management, no event planning — we have owners for all of that.
- Not a "manage the agency" role. Agencies run alongside you for the first months; you out-execute them and take the engine in-house.
- Not a reporting-up role. You build, you launch, you optimize, you kill. Hands in the platforms daily.
- If your last role was mostly strategy decks and standups, this will be a bad fit — and the interview will show it fast.
What you'll own
- The full paid stack, hands-on: Google Ads (Search, PMax, scripts), Meta, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Reddit, programmatic — structure, budgets, bids, creative testing, and the honest read on what's working
- Unit economics: marginal vs blended CPL by channel, CAC per activated account, payback windows, ROAS reported against revenue data — not platform dashboards
- Measurement infrastructure: GTM, GA4, server-side/first-party tracking, UTM discipline, conversion events specced end-to-end into HubSpot; you'll query campaign data yourself (SQL against our warehouse / Metabase)
- Traffic quality: bot and fake-lead filtering, disposable-email exclusion, honest lead-quality feedback loops with sales — we optimize on real humans only
- Automation: rules, scripts, and workflow automation (n8n / Make / Zapier) for bid management, budget pacing, anomaly alerts, and reporting pipelines — plus AI-native creative and analysis workflows as standard
- ABM execution: intent-data tooling (6sense or equivalent), target-account list orchestration, engagement-qualified handoff to sales
- Incrementality: holdout groups, geo splits, and lift tests — proving ads caused the revenue, not just touched it
- Competitor-intel-driven search: negative-keyword and competitor-query strategy, plugged into our Semrush / SE Ranking stack

Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
What you bring
- 5+ years of hands-on B2B paid acquisition; you've personally deployed $1M+ cumulative and run $50K+ months on accounts you owned — and you can show the accounts or the numbers
- Proof you've bent a curve: at least one story of taking a channel's CPL or CAC materially down through structural work (account rebuild, bid strategy, audience architecture, creative system) — with before/after figures
- Attribution literacy: you know why the platform number and the CRM number disagree, and which one you pay bonuses on
- Fluency across 8+ tools you can name and explain without hesitation
- An experimenter's kill discipline: fast test cycles, pre-defined kill triggers, no sunk-cost romance
- Comfort with SQL and spreadsheets as first instruments, AI as a force multiplier
Nice to Have
- Fintech, payments, SaaS or crypto/web3 audiences;
- Emerging-market scaling (LATAM, SEA);
- 6sense specifically
Why You'll Love it Here
- A high-impact role in a rapidly growing fintech startup

- Insurance coverage after probation
- Reap Card stipend and remote setup allowance
