Job Description
As the B2B Performance Marketing Manager, you will build and scale a paid acquisition engine from the ground up. You'll own the strategy and execution for paid social and search, targeting HR and Benefits decision-makers to drive high-quality pipeline. This hands-on role offers high autonomy to directly influence the growth of a mission-driven company.

What You Will Do
- Design and execute full-funnel paid social campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta specifically targeting HR Directors and People Leaders.
- Manage and optimize PPC and search strategies, including Google Ads and emerging AI search platforms, to capture high-intent B2B leads.
- Build sophisticated attribution models and reporting frameworks to connect marketing spend directly to pipeline influence and revenue growth.
The Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years of experience in B2B performance marketing with a proven track record of scaling paid social and search campaigns.
- Deep experience selling into HR, Benefits, or People teams within the employee benefits or HR tech industry is essential.
- Highly analytical professional with a strong understanding of long B2B sales cycles, multi-touch attribution, and ROI-focused budget management.
