B2B PR Specialist | Account Manager to Senior Account Director
Location: Leeds
Working pattern: Hybrid, 3 days in the office
Salary: Dependent on experience and seniority
What if your next PR role was built around you, rather than the other way round?
Most job adverts start with a job title, a long list of responsibilities and an even longer list of requirements.
This one's a bit different.
We're looking for talented B2B PR professionals for an exciting opportunity with an established, independent PR agency in Leeds.
And here's the interesting bit. They're not particularly hung up on job titles.
You might be an ambitious Account Manager ready to take the next step, an established Senior Account Manager, or an experienced Account Director looking for a fresh challenge.
What matters most is your experience, your ambition and what you could bring to the business.
What's the opportunity?
We're talking about an agency doing genuinely interesting work for a range of B2B clients, where creativity, commercial thinking and excellent PR really make a difference.
Depending on your experience, you could be:
- Building strong relationships with clients who genuinely value your advice.
- Finding compelling stories in industries that might not immediately scream 'front-page news'.
- Creating and delivering smart PR campaigns, from media relations and thought leadership to content and digital communications.
- Providing strategic counsel, spotting opportunities and helping clients grow their businesses.
- Mentoring colleagues, shaping account direction and playing a bigger part in the agency's future.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Experience across corporate communications, professional services, construction, technology or other B2B sectors would be particularly relevant.
We're looking for curious, commercially minded people who enjoy the craft of PR, have good ideas and know how to turn those ideas into results.
