Overview:

Reporting to the Chief Technology & Information Officer, the Product Owner will play an important role in supporting the development and delivery of our B2B product offerings. Working closely with internal teams across Sales, Operations, and Development, you’ll help gather insights, shape product features, and contribute to delivering solutions that meet customer needs and business goals.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for product development and cross-functional collaboration who is looking to take the next step in their career. You’ll be part of a dynamic team that works together to ensure products are delivered effectively and continuously improved based on client feedback and business priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Product Development: Assist in shaping the product vision by gathering and analyzing feedback from stakeholders across the business.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Development teams to ensure product features are aligned with customer needs and business goals.
  • Maintain Product Roadmap: Contribute to maintaining and updating the product roadmap to ensure it reflects business priorities and market changes.
  • Work with Development Teams: Support the development process by providing clear product requirements, participating in sprint planning, and ensuring features are delivered to a high standard.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Help communicate product updates and gather feedback from internal stakeholders to ensure products continue to meet business needs.
  • Performance Monitoring: Assist in tracking product performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Required Skills:

Collaboration:

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, particularly Sales, Operations, and Development, to deliver products or projects.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Communication:

  • Clear and confident communicator who can share ideas and product updates with diverse audiences.
  • Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to gather feedback and turn it into actionable insights.

Problem Solving:

  • A practical, hands-on approach to solving problems and overcoming challenges.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to change.

Analytical Thinking:

  • Basic understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and product performance metrics.
  • Ability to interpret data and feedback to inform product improvements.

  • 5+ years of experience in a product-related role (such as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Project Coordinator).
  • Experience working with internal teams such as Sales, Operations, and Development.
  • Experience of AI tooling (e.g. Claude, Co-pilot) to assist with generation of designs/wireframes, PRD’s, A/C, user stories, etc.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies & ceremonies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A keen interest in product development and continuous improvement.
