I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

See breakdownIt searches the market for you

Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Source your own leads: You will build your own lists of qualified E-commerce stores. (We only work with e-com shops).
- Outreach & Prospecting: Cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, or whatever channel you dominate.
- Qualification: Run consultative discovery processes to identify their bottlenecks.
- (Optional) Closing: Present our solution, handle objections like a pro, and collect the cash.
DO NOT APPLY IF
- You need a base salary to survive.
- You have zero experience in B2B sales or you don't understand the e-commerce/digital marketing space.
- You rely on outdated, pushy sales scripts and get defensive when faced with objections, instead of diagnosing the prospect's real problem.
- You expect us to spoon-feed you inbound leads.
- You can't self-manage and need a manager breathing down your neck to make calls.

WHO WE ACTUALLY WANT
- A self-starter who understands that hunting your own deals is where the real money is.
- Someone who uses a consultative, problem-solving framework (asking the right questions to uncover the pain).
- A professional who wants to build a long-term recurring portfolio, not just make a quick one-off buck.
If you read all of this and you are confident you can print money with this offer, apply with a short message telling us about the biggest B2B deal you’ve ever closed and how you found the lead. Generic cover letters will be ignored.
