As an ongoing external AI and Operations partner, the team supports clients as they scale and seek the advantages of an AI/Ops function without the overhead of traditional hiring. Role Description
This is a fully remote job, focused on B2B sales and lead generation for AI-driven IT services. The team member will identify and qualify potential business clients, conduct outreach through calls, emails, and meetings, and build strong relationships with decision-makers. The role involves managing a sales pipeline, following up on leads, coordinating product demonstrations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding. This position is commission-based, requiring consistent prospecting, accurate reporting of sales activities, and contribution to ongoing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, understand their needs, and provide clear, professional support.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales and Sales Management abilities to generate leads, convert opportunities, manage pipelines, and work toward ambitious revenue targets.
- Technology consulting is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work remotely, with a self-driven, goal-oriented approach suited to a commission-based environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort discussing business processes and operational challenges with prospective clients.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic sales reporting; fluency in English is required, and additional languages are an advantage.
- A background in business, marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience in a similar role.
