About Atenai London:
At Atenai London, we bridge luxury perfumery, high-performance skincare, and sensory wellbeing. Founded on the principle that fragrance is an emotional reset, our collection spans vegan, cruelty-free body care, eau de parfum, reed diffusers, and luxury candle accessories—all formulated with facial-grade active ingredients and perfume-grade scents.
We are expanding across the UK and internationally, and we are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to connect our brand with luxury boutiques, independent gift shops, concept stores, and premium retail stockists.
Part-Time / Flexible | Base Salary (£200/mo) + Uncapped Commission (7%–10%)
Key Responsibilities:
- Boutique & Retailer Outreach: Identify, prospect, and pitch Atenai London’s luxury collections to independent boutiques, spas, concept stores, and retail buyers across the UK and international markets.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to encourage high repeat order velocity.
- Wholesale Platform & Lead Conversion: Follow up on B2B leads generated through wholesale platforms (e.g., Faire) and direct inbound inquiries.
- Sample Box Distribution: Coordinate product sampling with vetted retail buyers to secure prospective accounts.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate pipeline of active leads, sample requests, and closed retail accounts.

What We Are Looking For:
- Background in Sales / Retail: Experience and connections in B2B sales, account management, or retail outreach—ideally within luxury beauty, home fragrance, skincare, or lifestyle products.
- Self-Starter Mindset: Highly autonomous, proactive, and comfortable working in a fully remote setup.
- Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills for pitching via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Passion for Wellbeing & Luxury: An eye for aesthetics and a genuine passion for high-end beauty, scent, and self-care.
- Based in the UK: Though this job is remote, we do expect you to be based in the UK.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Fixed Base Salary: £200 guaranteed.
- Uncapped High-Tier Commission:
- 7% Commission on all paid retail orders as well as repeat orders.
