About Us
Rubikas is a technology company developing innovative software and technology solutions that help businesses manage their operations more efficiently and protect and manage their vehicles.
We currently offer two main solutions in the UK market:
RubiTracking
Our vehicle tracking, fleet management and vehicle security platform. It provides real-time vehicle tracking, fleet management, driving insights and advanced vehicle security solutions.
RubiCRM
A comprehensive business management platform designed for Cash & Carry, wholesale, distribution and field sales businesses. It enables companies to manage sales, orders, inventory, warehouse operations, deliveries, collections and field operations from a single platform.
As we continue to grow in the UK, we are looking for a B2B Sales & Business Development Specialist to help us generate new opportunities, acquire new customers and expand the presence of both RubiTracking and RubiCRM.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential B2B customers across the UK market
- Generate new sales opportunities for RubiTracking and RubiCRM
- Reach key decision-makers through LinkedIn, email, phone and other digital channels
- Develop prospects within wholesale, Cash & Carry, distribution, logistics, fleet, vehicle rental and related industries
- Conduct initial meetings with potential customers and understand their business requirements
- Arrange and deliver online or face-to-face product demonstrations
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through proposal and customer acquisition
- Maintain and manage leads, opportunities and follow-ups within the CRM system
- Develop new partnerships and sales channels across the UK
- Monitor competitors, market developments and potential business opportunities
- Communicate customer feedback and market insights to the product and management teams
- Support activities that increase Rubikas’ brand awareness in the UK market

Requirements
- Strong written and spoken English and Turkish
- Experience in B2B sales, business development or customer acquisition
- Confident in prospecting and approaching new customers
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and digital lead-generation methods
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Experience with CRM systems or willingness to learn
- Interest in technology, software and digital products
- Target-driven and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to organise and manage your own workload
- Comfortable working independently and remotely
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS, ERP, CRM, vehicle tracking, telematics or fleet management would be an advantage.
- Experience or knowledge of wholesale, Cash & Carry, distribution, logistics or field sales operations would also be highly valued.
- Experience with HubSpot, Pipedrive or similar CRM platforms, as well as knowledge of digital marketing or growth marketing, would be beneficial.

Success in the Role
During the first six months, we expect you to:
- Build a consistent pipeline of qualified potential customers
- Generate regular meetings and product demonstrations
- Create new sales opportunities for RubiTracking and RubiCRM
- Develop relationships with potential customers and business partners
- Contribute to increasing Rubikas’ visibility and customer base in the UK market
