About the Company

We are looking for an experienced salesperson with a strong track record who is a self-motivated team player who can join and play a key role within our experienced sales team, against our ambitious acquisition targets. With an existing pipeline and high value footprint, we’re looking to unlock further value from our business target audience, as well as building out our business proposition and service level in a competitive marketplace – all within the high standard way of selling at G.Network.

About the Role

Having already demoed 25 Gig speeds and regularly selling 10 Gig services, this is a unique opportunity to take the helm selling an amazing product and service across some of the most valuable real estate in London.

Responsibilities

  • Grow and manage your pipeline of new business to contribute to your new business target, specifically; B2B Revenue and order volumes.
  • B2B Order Acceptance Criteria, ensuring commercial viability of B2B orders into the business.
  • Own your individual B2B revenue and team order volume target.
  • Build and nurture relationships with customers through mapping the stakeholders and landscape of the customer.
  • Be the eyes and ears of London’s businesses and ensure appropriate sharing of intel across the business.
  • Work collaboratively with the proposition and product team, drive the development of the business proposition required to attract and engage corporate businesses.
  • Contribute to the optimisation of our commercial governance so that we continue to grow a commercially sustainable strategic customer base.
  • Demonstrate strong stakeholder and relationship management skills.
  • Responsible for the management and cleansing of your CRM tools (Salesforce).
  • Stay fully informed of competitor activity and impact on the channel.
  • High levels of customer engagement – either face to face meetings, over the phone or emails – where you are to emulate G.Network’s core principles, USPs and brand.

Qualifications

  • Degree Qualified
  • Experience within Business Sales.
  • Experience is driving and navigating B2B deals where you developed your commercial awareness and project management skills.
  • Analytical and data driven with a strong commercial mindset.
  • Experience within Salesforce.
  • Ability to seize new business opportunities and develop appropriate business case support to drive them through.
  • Ability to manage relationships with a complex network of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment with a ‘start-up’ mindset.
