Are you genuinely motivated by making money?
Can you confidently present a £7,000 price point and then remain completely composed while the prospect considers it?
Are you naturally good with people, commercially sharp and relentless when it comes to closing opportunities?
If so, keep reading.
ORIRI Marketing is a fast-growing performance marketing agency helping health and wellness e-commerce brands scale through paid advertising, creative strategy, Google Ads and email marketing.
We’re generating qualified sales opportunities and are looking for an experienced B2B sales closer to take ownership of our sales pipeline - from the initial conversation through to signed agreement and payment.
This isn’t a role for someone who simply enjoys talking to people or has recently completed an online closing course.
We need someone with genuine B2B sales experience who is confident discussing money, comfortable handling objections and extremely motivated by uncapped earning potential.
If you need to be reminded to follow up, become uncomfortable when presenting higher-ticket packages or lose confidence as soon as a prospect raises an objection, this won’t be the right role for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading sales calls with qualified e-commerce founders and senior decision-makers
- Building genuine rapport and creating natural conversations - not robotic, scripted sales calls
- Understanding each prospect’s business, current performance, problems and growth targets
- Asking intelligent questions to uncover what is preventing them from achieving those targets
- Clearly explaining how our marketing services can help solve the problems you’ve identified
- Confidently presenting packages valued at up to £7,000 without becoming nervous, apologetic or immediately offering a discount
- Handling objections around price, trust, timing, previous agency experiences and internal decision-making
- Constructively challenging prospects when what they’re saying doesn’t align with the goals or problems they’ve shared
- Relentlessly following up with qualified opportunities until you receive a clear yes or no
- Taking complete ownership of your pipeline - you won’t need somebody else to remind you who needs following up
- Keeping our CRM accurate, organised and completely up to date
- Reviewing your calls, identifying where opportunities were lost and continually improving your approach
- Improving our sales process, follow-up systems, scripts and objection handling
- Feeding recurring objections and market insights back into the wider business
- Taking responsibility for your close rate, cash collected and overall sales performance

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who We’re Looking For
You are extremely money-motivated.
The opportunity to increase your earnings through your own performance genuinely excites you.
You already have proven B2B sales experience and can demonstrate what you’ve sold, the price points involved and the results you produced.
You’re completely comfortable discussing money and presenting higher-ticket packages. You don’t rush through the price, fill the silence or immediately search for a way to discount.
You sound natural on calls.
You know how to build rapport, read the person you’re speaking with and adapt the conversation without losing control of it.
You understand that great sales conversations aren’t about rigidly following a script. They’re about listening properly, asking intelligent questions and confidently leading the prospect towards a decision.
You’re strong at objection handling.
You don’t automatically treat an objection as a rejection. You can slow the conversation down, understand what is really causing the hesitation and respond without becoming defensive or applying unnecessary pressure.
You’re also relentless with follow-up.
If a qualified prospect doesn’t buy during the initial call, you don’t send one email and forget about them. You continue following up intelligently until there is a definitive outcome.
Ideally, you already understand digital marketing and how channels such as Meta Ads help grow an e-commerce business.
You don’t need to be a media buyer, but you must be able to hold a credible conversation with a founder about their marketing and explain our services in clear, commercially relevant language.

Most importantly, you want ownership.
We’re not looking for someone who simply turns up, takes the calls booked in their calendar and waits for further instructions.
We want someone who will own the process, improve it and do whatever is required to generate as much revenue and earn as much money as physically possible.
This Role Is Not for You If
- Your only sales experience comes from completing a high-ticket closing course
- You can’t provide genuine B2B sales results or call recordings
- You feel uncomfortable presenting a £7,000 price point
- You rely heavily on a script and struggle when the conversation moves away from it
- You consider one or two messages to be sufficient follow-up
- You need somebody else to organise and manage your pipeline
- You have no understanding of marketing and no interest in learning it
- You’re looking for a comfortable sales role without ambitious financial targets
Compensation
£5,000–£15,000 per month OTE, with uncapped earning potential.
Your earnings will be directly tied to your ability to close deals, generate cash and maximise every opportunity within your pipeline.
How to Apply
We’re less interested in a polished CV than we are in evidence that you can sell.
Please tell us:
- What B2B products or services you’ve previously sold
- The highest price point you’ve consistently closed
- Your average number of sales calls per month
- Your close rate and cash collected over your most recent 90-day period
- About a deal you closed through persistent follow-up rather than on the initial call
We’ll ask shortlisted applicants to provide examples or recordings of real sales calls, with any confidential information removed.
If you’re genuinely confident in your ability to close - and want an opportunity where your earning potential reflects your performance - we want to hear from you.
