About Gnomic
Gnomic is a UK software development and AI company based in Winchester. We build custom software, web and mobile applications, SaaS platforms, internal systems, automation and AI-integrated tools for businesses across the UK.
The role
We are looking for an experienced B2B sales professional to generate and develop new business opportunities for Gnomic.
You will take ownership of identifying suitable prospective clients, reaching relevant decision-makers and developing opportunities from initial contact through to a qualified sales conversation. You will also help progress suitable opportunities through the wider sales process, working directly with Gnomic’s founder.
You will receive clear guidance on our services, target clients and current priorities, along with the information and materials needed to represent the company effectively. We are looking for someone who can apply their own sales experience, commercial judgement and understanding of the technology sector to build a strong pipeline.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
