Job Summary

We are seeking a high-caliber, German-speaking Sales Development Representative to join a well-established leader in outsourced sales acceleration. With over 15 years of refined methodology and process, this company provides the ultimate platform for sales professionals to sharpen their skills. You will act as the frontline for premium B2B software clients, identifying new business opportunities and driving growth within the DACH region. This is a role for a hunter who thrives in a structured, high-performance environment and is looking to build a long-term career in software sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting, averaging 50 calls per day to senior decision-makers.
  • Qualify leads and secure a minimum of 10 high-quality outbound opportunities per month.
  • Manage and maintain a clean pipeline within Salesforce, ensuring all activity is logged accurately.
  • Research and identify key stakeholders within target B2B software accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and territory strategies.
  • Master the company’s proven sales methodologies to consistently meet and exceed KPIs.

Requirements

  • Native or professional fluency in German (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Recent, proven experience in a pure B2B sales or SDR role, specifically within the software/SaaS sector.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to navigate complex business conversations.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • A coachable, curious, and determined mindset with a high degree of professional affability.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Previous experience working within an outsourced sales or agency environment.
