Renara Partners

Renara Partners is a UK-based B2B sales development agency acting as the outsourced SDR function for our clients, running outbound phone, email, and LinkedIn campaigns that generate qualified meetings with decision-makers. Our approach is senior-led, transparent, and results-focused. Clients have full visibility into everything we do: shared inboxes, call recordings, and real-time reporting.

We work with a growing range of businesses, from UK-based firms scaling their pipeline to international companies entering the UK market for the first time. This role sits at the front line of what we do.

The Role

This is a remote contractor position, starting at 2-4 hours per day (between 10am–4pm), with the potential to grow as your results develop. You will be making outbound calls on behalf of our clients, engaging with senior decision-makers, qualifying interest, and booking meetings directly into client diaries.

This is a phone-first role. The majority of your time will be spent on outbound calls. If you are not comfortable with that, this role is not the right fit.

  • Making outbound calls to cold and warm prospects on behalf of our clients
  • Qualifying interest and identifying genuine opportunities
  • Booking and confirming meetings with senior decision-makers
  • Accurately logging activity and outcomes in our system
  • Collaborating with our team to refine scripts and approaches

Working hours are between 10am to 4pm. Based anywhere in the UK, although the ability to meet us monthly in Portsmouth will be an advantage.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What We Are Looking For

  • A confident, natural telephone manner - this is the single most important thing
  • The ability to hold a professional conversation with senior business people without sounding scripted
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently from home
  • Good written communication for accurate CRM logging and internal updates
  • Previous outbound calling or SDR experience is preferred, but we care more about your approach and personality than your job history
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesfinity or Calendly is a plus, but not essential

Fluent, professional English is required. You will be representing our clients to their prospects.

Pay and Terms

£15–£30 per hour depending on experience and performance, plus commission. This is a self-employed contractor role. You will be responsible for your own tax and National Insurance.

How to Apply

There are four stages to our process. The first step is a short voice recording, which allows us to assess your telephone manner before we go any further. Please read the instructions below carefully before applying.

Step 1 - Voice Recording + CV

Record a short voice note of around one minute on any topic you like using Vocaroo.com - it is free and requires no account.

The topic could be something you know well, something you find interesting, or simply how your week is going. We are not looking for a polished performance - we want to hear your natural tone, confidence, and how you communicate.

Step 2 - Video Interview with Paul (Co-Founder)

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a video call with Paul to discuss the role, your background, and how we work.

Step 3 - Video Interview with Paul and Tom (Co-Founders)

Candidates who progress will meet both founders together for a second conversation.

Step 4 - Paid Trial Week

Successful candidates will be offered a paid trial to work with us on live client campaigns. This is your opportunity to demonstrate what you can do, and ours to make sure we are the right fit for you too.

We welcome applications from candidates at all levels. If you have the right personality and telephone manner, we will train the rest. We are not hiring for a CV, we are hiring for your personality, abilities and voice.

Please do not apply if you are not comfortable making a reasonable volume of outbound calls daily. This role is not suitable for candidates looking for inbound, admin, or customer service work.
