B2C Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Manchester - Exciting Startup
Role Overview
We are on the hunt for a charismatic, personable, and driven individual, with fluent English, to join a fast-growing startup based in Manchester as a Sales Development Representative (SDR).
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with CEOs and MDs of large organisations
- Trusted by businesses across Europe and the US
- Meet targets easily with a focus on learning quickly and a hunger for success
What’s on Offer?
- Base Salary: £27k-£33k
- OTE: up to £48k
- Progression: Potential to become an Account Executive in year two
- Company Growth: Set to double in size over the next two years

Requirements
- Language Skills: Fluent English language skills
- Communication Skills: Confident communication skills and the ability to liaise at all levels
- Experience: B2B Sales / Telesales success (c1+ years’ experience)
- Personal Attributes:
- Focused and hungry for success
- Ability and eagerness to learn quickly and efficiently
- IT literate
- Proactive team player
Work Environment
- Location: Manchester offices (office-based role)
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
- Team: Amazing, supportive team that is rapidly growing
