Job Role
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a B2B Sales Enablement & Events Coordinator to join our Strategy & Growth team, supporting the delivery of marketing, sales enablement, and events activity for Seetec Training & Apprenticeships and the Tribal commercial brand.
In this varied role, you will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and subject matter experts to:
- Create engaging content
- Coordinate campaigns
- Support employer events
- Ensure sales teams have access to high-quality resources that drive lead generation and business growth
You will play a key role in:
- Developing sales enablement materials
- Supporting HubSpot and CRM activity
- Coordinating webinars and exhibitions
- Helping to deliver integrated B2B marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we're offering a competitive salary range of £30,000 to £32,000 alongside a fantastic benefits package, including:

Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain high-quality B2B content across websites, email campaigns, social media, and sales materials.
- Develop case studies, presentations, service summaries, landing pages, and customer communications.
- Support the onboarding, training, and enablement of sales teams through the creation and management of resources and collateral.
- Coordinate and maintain sales enablement platforms, including HubSpot and related tools.
- Plan and schedule social media content and support the delivery of paid digital campaigns.
- Support email marketing, lead nurturing, and campaign reporting activities.
- Assist with website content updates, SEO optimization, and content management across HubSpot and WordPress platforms.
- Coordinate exhibitions, conferences, webinars, and employer events, including logistics, promotion, and follow-up activity.
- Support campaign delivery, performance tracking, and reporting across multiple marketing channels.
- Ensure all content and activity complies with brand standards, GDPR, and governance requirements.
Skills and Experience
- Experience in a hands-on B2B marketing, communications, or sales enablement role.
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills with the ability to turn complex information into engaging, commercially focused content.
- Experience coordinating events, webinars, or exhibitions.
- Familiarity with marketing and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, WordPress, or similar systems.
- Experience using Canva and digital marketing tools to create engaging marketing assets.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable analyzing campaign performance data and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable
- Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager or Meta Ads Manager.
- Knowledge of B2B, B2G, apprenticeship, training, or workforce development markets.
- Experience supporting sales enablement programs and CRM data management.
