Role Description

This full-time remote role combines B2B Sales Executive and Account Manager responsibilities, focused on driving adoption of Mint’s unified payment infrastructure among merchants and partners. Day-to-day, the role includes:

  • Prospecting and qualifying new leads
  • Conducting product demos
  • Managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract closure

The person in this role will build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, understand their payment needs, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Mint’s solutions. They will collaborate closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and ongoing customer satisfaction. Regular activities also include:

Qualifications

  • Strong B2B sales skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, consultative selling, and closing deals.
  • Account management capabilities, such as relationship building, stakeholder management, and renewal/expansion planning.
  • Understanding of online payments, fintech, or related domains (e.g., payment gateways, crypto payments, banking integrations).
  • Experience with CRM tools, sales pipelines, and data-driven reporting to track performance and forecast revenue.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in clear business terms.
  • Comfort working in a remote, fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams across time zones.
  • Ability to perform market research, identify target segments, and tailor outreach strategies to different merchant profiles.
  • Previous experience in SaaS or technology sales is highly beneficial; experience selling to merchants or payment providers is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
