This is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Manchester for a B2B Sales Executive – Ingredient Materials. The role involves managing and growing a portfolio of health supplement manufacturers, brands, and contract formulators by promoting Fenchem UK’s nutritional and functional ingredient solutions.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting regular client visits
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Preparing and delivering product presentations
- Negotiating pricing and contracts in line with company guidelines
- Collaborating with technical and supply chain teams to ensure accurate product information, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery
- Maintaining detailed sales pipelines and forecasts
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to support continuous improvement and strategic growth in the UK supplements sector
Qualifications

- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within ingredient materials, nutraceuticals, food, or related sectors.
- Strong skills in relationship building, account management, and consultative selling.
- Ability to understand technical product information and explain it clearly to customers.
- Competence in market research, lead generation, and opportunity qualification.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comfort with CRM systems, sales reporting, and basic data analysis.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple accounts and projects on-site.
- Familiarity with UK health supplement regulations and quality standards is an advantage.
- Valid right to work in the UK and willingness to travel across Greater Manchester and the wider UK as needed.
- Relevant education in business, life sciences, nutrition, or a related field is beneficial.
