Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site B2B Sales Executive role based in Woking. The B2B Sales Executive will prospect and qualify new employer leads, conduct discovery calls, and deliver tailored product demonstrations to HR, finance, and leadership stakeholders. The role involves managing the sales pipeline from initial contact through negotiation to closing, while maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The individual will collaborate closely with marketing and customer success teams to refine messaging, support campaigns, and ensure smooth onboarding for new clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting activity and revenue targets, preparing proposals, attending client meetings and industry events, and providing feedback to product teams on market needs and trends.

Qualifications

- Strong B2B sales, account management, and business development skills, with experience selling SaaS or HR/fintech solutions to corporate clients.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, including confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Proficiency in pipeline management, CRM tools, and basic sales reporting, with a structured approach to follow-up and deal progression.
- Solid understanding of financial wellbeing, employee benefits, or HR technology, and the ability to translate complex features into clear value propositions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify client needs and recommend suitable ChequeIn solutions.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, while taking initiative and ownership of individual goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working in an on-site setting in Woking and willingness to travel for client meetings and events when required.
