WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Hit the phones: proactively contact UK businesses and spark conversations with owners, directors and decision-makers.
  • Get curious: uncover energy needs, contract details and renewal opportunities through confident, purposeful questions.
  • Create opportunities: qualify leads, arrange appointments and, where appropriate, secure energy bills and letters of authority (LOAs) with customer consent.
  • Keep the momentum: build a strong pipeline, follow up quickly and hand over quality opportunities to our Energy Consultants.
  • Own your numbers: work towards clear call activity, talk-time, lead and conversion targets, with accurate CRM records.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

  • You enjoy outbound calling and have experience in telesales, lead generation, business development or a target-led sales environment.
  • You can handle objections, bounce back from rejection and bring the same drive to your last call as your first.
  • You are confident with decision-makers, quick to build rapport and comfortable asking for the next step.
  • You are coachable, organised, competitive in a positive way and motivated by measurable results.
  • Energy or utilities experience is a bonus, not a requirement — we’ll help you learn the market.
