π Hertford / Hybrid - 3 days in the office, 2 days WFH
π· Β£35,000+ basic salary + UNCAPPED commission

We're working with an established specialist media and events business, delivering high-value events, sponsorships, partnerships and commercial opportunities across hospitality, design, interiors and related sectors.
πΌ THE ROLE
This is a full-cycle B2B sales role where you'll take ownership of the sales journey from initial prospecting through to closing and managing the client relationship.
You'll be selling a range of commercial opportunities, including:
β¨ Event sponsorship packages
π Awards sponsorship
π€ Commercial partnerships
π₯ Networking event sponsorship
π‘ Bespoke opportunities built around client objectives
π± Digital, content & media opportunities
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

π― Building and managing your own sales pipeline

π Managing CRM, forecasting and revenue
π Achieving and exceeding sales targets

π₯ WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We're looking for proven B2B sales ability.
You'll ideally have 2+ years' B2B sales experience and a track record of working towards and achieving commercial targets.
Your background could be in:
πͺ Events / sponsorship
π Exhibitions / conferences
π± Media / publishing
π» SaaS / technology
π€ Recruitment
π£ Advertising / marketing
πΌ Professional services
...or another target-driven B2B sales environment.
You don't need to have sold events before.
What matters most is that you are:
β Confident prospecting and cold calling
β Comfortable speaking with senior decision-makers
β Strong at building rapport and developing relationships
β Skilled in handling objections and negotiating
β Confident asking for the business and closing deals
β Commercially driven and motivated by targets
β Organised and comfortable managing your own pipeline
