The role
You will lead our B2B lettings sales teams to:
- Win, retain and grow our letting agent customer base across the UK
- Enhance the uptake of our core products and added-value services to hit and exceed targets
- Drive retention and loyalty, reducing customer losses and maximising lifetime value
- Spot and seize market opportunities, building strong relationships with new and existing agents
- Deliver effective sales and marketing campaigns that boost engagement, conversion and product usage
- Own performance - managing pipelines, reporting on results, and turning data into action
- Lead, coach and develop your team, with clear goals, regular 1:1s and strong performance management
- Champion change and service quality, owning issues through to resolution and sharing best practice
- Stay compliant, ensuring activity meets FCA and internal regulatory requirements

What you’ll bring
- Proven experience leading B2B sales teams, ideally in financial services, lettings or property
- A strong track record of hitting and exceeding sales and growth targets
- Commercial mindset - confident using data to drive decisions and improve performance
- Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills at all levels
- Passion for customer experience and continuous improvement
- Confident, engaging leader who can inspire, develop and hold teams to account
