Role Overview
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity within a growing SaaS business, focused on coaching and developing a team of Mid-Market Account Executives while introducing greater sales rigour, structure, and best-practice methodologies. Working closely with the Head of Sales, you'll play a key role in improving team performance, refining sales processes, and supporting the company's continued growth into larger, more strategic accounts.

The company has recently strengthened its leadership team and is focused on building a more structured, high-performing sales culture. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and play a key part in shaping the next phase of commercial growth.
Description
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Mid-Market Account Executives to drive consistent revenue performance and target attainment.
- Implement and embed structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC to improve deal qualification, forecasting accuracy, and sales execution.
- Run regular one-to-ones, deal reviews, pipeline inspections, and performance coaching sessions to elevate team capability.
- Partner closely with SDR, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to accelerate pipeline generation and conversion.
- Refine sales processes, playbooks, and operational frameworks to support the ongoing growth and maturity of the sales organisation.
- Act as a senior stakeholder on strategic opportunities, supporting reps through complex negotiations and multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Work closely with the Head of Sales to drive continuous improvement and help lay the foundations for future Enterprise growth.

Profile
The ideal candidate will be an experienced B2B SaaS sales leader with a proven track record of managing and developing Account Executives in a high-growth environment. They will be a hands-on coach who enjoys improving performance through structured sales methodologies, deal reviews, forecasting discipline, and mentoring, rather than relying on individual contribution.
They will have experience leading Mid-Market or Enterprise sales teams, implementing frameworks such as MEDDPICC, and driving consistent revenue growth through strong process, accountability, and sales execution. Confident operating in a scale-up environment, they'll be comfortable building structure, influencing stakeholders, and helping shape the next phase of the company's commercial growth.

Job Offer

- Competitive package of £75,000-£80,000 base salary, uncapped commission, and OTE of £110,000-£120,000.
