We’re looking for an organised, commercially minded and proactive B2B Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our Wholesale team, supporting the continued growth of our B2B business across our four global brands: Joma Jewellery, A Littles & Co, Katie Loxton and Katie Loxton Inc.

Working closely with our B2B Sales & Marketing Manager and wider commercial team, you’ll play a key role in coordinating day-to-day B2B marketing activity, supporting sales operations and helping us maximise opportunities across our wholesale channels.

You will make an impact by:

  • Supporting our Sales Agent network with day-to-day queries, reporting, prospecting and sales administration, helping to identify and maximise opportunities for commercial growth.

Acting as a central point of communication across Sales, Marketing, Creative, Customer Experience, Operations and Events, you’ll help ensure activity is aligned and delivered smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in sales, marketing or commercial coordination who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to develop their career within a growing global fashion and lifestyle business.

The role is Monday - Friday 9am-5pm. You'll enjoy the exciting buzz of our friendly office in Banbury, Oxfordshire three times a week on average with the flexibility to work from home for the remaining two days. This may increase to 5 days a week during peak periods.

HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE

  • Supporting the B2B Sales & Marketing Manager and wider Wholesale team to drive commercial growth, strengthen Sales Agent performance and maximise opportunities to achieve and exceed agreed sales targets.
  • Coordinating and executing the B2B marketing calendar across all territories, ensuring activity is aligned with the wider wholesale strategy and commercial objectives.
  • Supporting the delivery of new season launches, coordinating sales tools including brochures, training materials, creative assets, emails, app content and website updates.
  • Coordinating B2B email marketing campaigns, ensuring content is accurate, engaging and delivered on schedule.
  • Monitoring and maintaining the B2B sales app, ensuring product categories, collections, pricing, imagery and stock availability are accurate and up to date.
  • Maintaining and regularly auditing B2B websites, ensuring product listings, seasonal campaigns and category pages are accurate and complete.
  • Partnering with the Customer Experience team to support Sales Agents with day-to-day queries and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Assisting with reporting and analysing sales performance, campaign results, customer engagement and website activity to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Identifying new wholesale marketing opportunities and initiatives to support sales growth, including reviewing new stockist enquiries before sharing with Sales Agents.
  • Monitoring competitor activity, industry trends and customer feedback, sharing relevant insights and opportunities with the wider team.
  • Ensuring sales and marketing information remains accurate and consistent across internal systems and customer-facing platforms, applying appropriate regional spelling, terminology and product information.
  • Coordinating trade press advertising briefs, including supporting additional editorial opportunities and features.
  • Supporting the Wholesale and Events teams with sales and marketing requirements for owned stores and external stockists, including imagery, assets, showroom presentations, events and invitations.
  • Building strong working relationships across Sales, Marketing, Creative, Operations, Customer Experience and the Sales Agent network to support effective communication and delivery of commercial objectives.
  • Providing sales administration support across the UK and EU Sales Agent network, including sales performance and gaps reporting, prospecting support, new stockist enquiries and showroom coordination.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
