Organisedly helps ambitious businesses bring structure to the way they organise information, manage workflows and operate digitally.
We're looking for a B2B Sales Partner to help us grow our business client base. This is a commission-based opportunity for someone who is confident speaking with business owners, founders and decision-makers and can turn business problems into commercial opportunities.
The Role
You'll be responsible for identifying businesses that could benefit from Organisedly, starting conversations with decision-makers and converting those conversations into paying clients. You'll have the autonomy to build your own pipeline and develop your own approach to B2B prospecting while working with the Organisedly brand, products and sales framework.
You'll be responsible for:
- Identifying potential B2B clients
- Prospecting business owners, founders and decision-makers
- Building and managing your own sales pipeline
- Conducting outbound outreach through channels such as LinkedIn, email and your professional network
- Understanding how businesses currently manage their systems, information and workflows
- Identifying problems and opportunities where Organisedly can provide value
- Presenting Organisedly's solutions to potential clients
- Following up consistently, negotiating and closing opportunities
- Maintaining accurate pipeline and sales activity records
- Feeding market intelligence and customer feedback back to the Organisedly team

Who You Are
We're looking for someone who is commercially driven and knows how to sell to businesses.
You should be:
- Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers
- Comfortable with cold outreach
- Naturally curious about how businesses operate
- Strong at relationship building, self-motivated and proactive
- Commercially aware
- Able to work independently
- Motivated by performance-based earning
