About the Role
We are looking for experienced B2B sales professionals and independent sales partners who can identify suitable organisations, engage decision-makers, present Glix, and progress opportunities through to a successful sale.
This is a 100% commission-based independent contractor role.
There is no fixed salary or guaranteed income.
What You’ll Do
- Identify suitable business prospects
- Reach relevant decision-makers
- Generate and qualify opportunities
- Present Glix to prospective customers
- Manage sales conversations and follow-ups
- Work with the Glix team on product demonstrations where required
- Progress opportunities towards conversion
- Maintain clear communication on active opportunities

Who We’re Looking For
This role is suited to people with experience in:
- B2B sales
- SaaS or technology sales
- business development
- security-sector sales
- care-sector sales
- facilities management
- HR technology
- ERP / business software
- consulting
- account management
Existing relationships with organisations in our target sectors are an advantage.
Commission
5%–10% commission on eligible revenue from successfully converted customers
Your commission level will depend on the agreed sales-partner structure and your level of involvement in the customer journey.
The role is performance-based.
The more qualified business you successfully close, the greater your earning potential.
