The Role

We're looking for a B2B Sales Partner to help us grow our business client base. This is a commission-based opportunity for someone who is confident speaking with business owners, founders, and decision-makers and can turn business problems into commercial opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying potential B2B clients
  • Prospecting business owners, founders, and decision-makers
  • Building and managing your own sales pipeline
  • Conducting outbound outreach through channels such as LinkedIn, email, and your professional network
  • Understanding how businesses currently manage their systems, information, and workflows
  • Identifying problems and opportunities where Organisedly can provide value
  • Presenting Organisedly's solutions to potential clients
  • Following up consistently, negotiating, and closing opportunities
  • Maintaining accurate pipeline and sales activity records
  • Feeding market intelligence and customer feedback back to the Organisedly team

Who You Are

We're looking for someone who is commercially driven and knows how to sell to businesses.

Qualifications

  • Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers
  • Comfortable with cold outreach
  • Naturally curious about how businesses operate
  • Strong at relationship building, self-motivated, and proactive
  • Commercially aware
  • Able to work independently
  • Motivated by performance-based earning
