The Opportunity
We are hiring a high-performing B2B Sales Representative (Cold Email Outbound Closer) on behalf of one of our clients.
This is a full-cycle closing role responsible for:
- Converting outbound-generated leads into qualified opportunities
- Running executive-level sales conversations
- Closing mid-to-high-ticket deals
This role is ideal for commercially sharp sellers who thrive in performance-driven environments and know how to turn cold outreach into real revenue.
Fluent English and executive communication confidence are mandatory.
Work Model: Remote | Full-Time (8 hours/day minimum)
What You’ll Own
- Run discovery and sales calls with outbound prospects
- Execute the full sales cycle: qualification → discovery → demo → negotiation → close
- Convert cold email leads into revenue opportunities
- Apply structured qualification frameworks to assess deal viability
- Lead objection handling and commercial negotiations
- Deliver high-impact, ROI-focused product demonstrations
- Send proposals, manage follow-ups, and secure signed agreements
- Maintain a consistently healthy pipeline
- Update CRM daily and manage sales administration (~1 hr/day)
- Provide structured end-of-day pipeline reporting
- Partner with SDR and leadership teams to optimize outbound performance

Experience
- 2–3+ years proven B2B sales experience with documented quota achievement
- Full-cycle sales experience (mandatory)
- Strong outbound experience (cold email/cold outreach)
- Closed mid-to-high-ticket deals
- Experience in consultative, not transactional, selling
Skills
- Fluent English (A Must Have)
- Strong discovery, qualification, and negotiation skills
- Able to uncover real problems and identify red flags early
- Handles pressure well and reframes concerns effectively
- Commercially strong; understands business models, ROI, and executive communication
- Strong written and verbal communication
